# Visual Personal Care Claim Wording Checklist 2026

Use this checklist before publishing Jiding pages, ads, packaging copy, influencer briefs or marketplace listing drafts for camera-guided personal care products.

## Safe Public Position

- Describe visual personal care as a consumer product category, not a medical diagnosis category.
- Use "camera-guided", "visual", "consumer personal-care aid", "outer-ear use" and "buyer verification" language.
- Keep visual ear care as the mature public pillar.
- Keep visual oral and visual nasal care proof-gated until product media, specifications, use boundaries, QC records and certificate scope are verified.

## Avoid These Claims Unless Formally Supported

- Diagnoses, detects or treats disease.
- Replaces ENT, dental, clinic or professional examination.
- Removes impacted wax safely.
- Implies injury cannot happen.
- Safe for children without supervision.
- Uses unsupported FDA marketing-status wording such as approval, certification, clearance or authorization.
- Certificate applies to every SKU without SKU, BOM and market scope review.

## Evidence Labels

- Protocol ready: method and template are published, but dated factory data is not yet uploaded.
- Published baseline: product specifications are published, but performance claims still need sample-level proof.
- Factory data verified: dated sample, SKU, method, result, limitation and source file are available for citation.

## Page and Ad Review Gate

- Does the page identify the exact product category?
- Does it state whether the claim is mature or proof-gated?
- Does it link to evidence pages when making camera, WiFi, battery, waterproof or QC claims?
- Does it avoid diagnosis, treatment and professional-care replacement wording?
- Does the RFQ route collect product category, market, quantity, evidence need and launch timeline?

## Priority Evidence to Collect Next

- Camera screenshots at fixed distance for S9, S2 Pro, A03, P1 and B05.
- WiFi phone-matrix records with app version, phone model and OS version.
- Battery discharge logs by SKU.
- Waterproof scope records by SKU and product part.
- Monthly OQC export with anonymized defect categories and corrective actions.
