Information we collect

When you submit an RFQ, sample request, lead form or email inquiry, Jiding may collect your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp, target market, product interest, order quantity, project notes and source attribution such as landing page or UTM campaign.

How we use it

We use inquiry data to qualify OEM/ODM projects, respond to sourcing questions, prepare quotations, arrange samples, provide product documentation and improve advertising attribution and follow-up quality.

Sharing and retention

Inquiry data may be shared internally with sales, product, engineering, quality and compliance staff where needed to answer your request. We do not sell inquiry data. Records may be retained for business communication, compliance review and customer service.
