Jiding invented the category of smart visual ear cleaners in 2019. We manufacture every element in-house — the 3.5 mm endoscope lens, the 1080P CMOS module, the STM32 firmware, the companion iOS and Android app, and the IP67 injection-moulded shell. No external OEM touches your product: one factory, one BOM, one accountable QC chain.

Our current lineup covers five price tiers from entry (JD-P1, JD-A03) through AI-equipped flagship (JD-S9 with eardrum-proximity alert). Camera specs range from 720P to 1080P; battery life from 60 to 90 minutes; connectivity from pure Bluetooth to Wi-Fi + Bluetooth dual-band. All five SKUs accept silicone tip changes and support private-label engraving from quantity 500.

Do you have a reference design for OEM customers?

Yes. We supply a complete reference design package including mechanical CAD (STEP), firmware source on a signed NDA, the app SDK for brand-owner customisation, and the BOM with alternate part lists for supply-chain resilience. Turnaround from signed PO to first-article sample is 3 weeks.

Can I customise the camera resolution or battery capacity?

Camera module is upgradeable to 2K (3864×2180) on request, though lead time grows by 3–4 weeks for supply. Battery is available at 180mAh, 230mAh (default), or 300mAh for extended-runtime variants. Minimum custom quantity 2,000 units.

What certifications do I need to sell on Amazon US / EU?

Amazon US: FCC ID + FDA facility registration. Amazon EU: CE Declaration of Conformity + RoHS + WEEE registration in destination country. We ship with the full technical documentation file (TDF) so your compliance team can upload directly.

How is the AI eardrum-detection algorithm implemented?

The S9 model uses an on-device edge inference (no cloud roundtrip) that detects proximity to the tympanic membrane by analysing image focus, depth-of-field cues, and dwell time. The model runs on the MCU — not the phone — so it works even in airplane mode. False-positive rate measured in our QA lab: <0.3% over 10,000 test sessions.
