Our personal care line covers rechargeable foot grinders, percussion massage pillows, electric cleaning brushes, and rotating makeup tools. Every SKU runs on the same in-house battery platform (110 mAh to 1,800 mAh lithium polymer cells) with consistent USB-C charging, BMS over-discharge protection, and a unified charging IC — simplifying after-sales for brand owners with multi-SKU ranges.
The moulds are ours. Every shell is Jiding-owned tooling produced on our 120T–220T Haitian machines. Soft-touch TPE overmould is standard for handheld grips, silicone filters are co-moulded in a single shot for waterproof joints, and all cosmetic surfaces pass A-class inspection before leaving the moulding cell. If you need a colour match to Pantone, we keep in-house colour labs with spectrophotometer verification at every shade change.
Regulatory: CE LVD + EMC dossiers are ready, RoHS compliance is standard, FDA consumer-device registration applies to the foot grinders and cleaning brushes. Our QE team maintains the technical file so when your compliance officer requests it, delivery is same-day — not same-week.

Are your foot grinders wet/dry rated?
Yes. All current foot grinder SKUs (RV16, RV18 series) are IPX6 rated for use in the shower. The roller head detaches for rinsing and the motor housing is sealed with a double o-ring around the shaft.
Can you match my existing product colour?
Yes. We run in-house Pantone matching with spectrophotometer verification. Typical colour-match iteration is 3 days including sample shipment. Additional tooling is not required for colour changes — only a masterbatch swap.
What is the typical lead time for a 3,000-unit order?
For stock SKUs with standard colours: 25 days. With custom colour matching: 30 days. With custom packaging design: 35 days. We can split shipments if you need stock for early release.
